Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for hobby items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that certain clearance items or electronic components may be final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Trinity Hobby ships to customers within the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand our shipping zones to more international destinations in the near future.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
