Initiate Your Request

Log into your Trinity Hobby account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely

Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and pack them into a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or your own preferred carrier label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
